BortleBuddy is an astrophotography planning application developed and operated by Nyra Tech Corporation ("Nyra Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). Nyra Tech Corporation is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the BortleBuddy mobile application, bortlebuddy.com, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account
  • Contact Information: Name, email, phone number when you contact us or submit forms
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store (we do not store payment card details)

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent's authorization and your identity verification.

15. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations under this Privacy Policy caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to cyberattacks by third parties, acts of God, government orders, telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party processors. Our total aggregate liability arising from privacy-related claims is governed by the Limitation of Liability section in our Terms of Use.
